This part can be found on the lower gear housing drive shaft 1986-1993 model and the lower gear housing component from the 1978-1985 model. This item can also be found on both Cobra 2.3L - 3.0L lower gear housing diagram and the Cobra 3.0L - 5.7L lower gear housing diagram OMC sterndrive. They connect the steering shaft so the gear will spin and move the rack when the steering wheel turns.
