At Extreme-Boat.com, we understand that everything doesn’t always work out according to plan and you may need to return your item. We want to make the process as easy as possible to get you back on the water.
All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase/shipping, provided the items are new, uninstalled, and with the original packaging. Extreme-Boat.com does not have a restocking fee.
How to return your order?
You have the flexibility to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. The process is straightforward and involves the following steps:
Step 1: Contact us via email at info@extreme-boat.com to inform us of your desire for a return. We will promptly send you our return form.
Step 2: Fill out the return form. Clearly specify the items you wish to return. Ensure that the returned items are in new, unused condition, with tags attached, and suitable for resale.
Step 3: Select a carrier of your choice and send your package back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Step 4: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process it within 10business days. Our returns department will keep you informed about the status of your return via email.
Costs for returns
You are responsible for all return costs. This is why we suggest you use trackable shipping, as we will not be responsible for lost returns.
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Do you want to exchange your ordered product? Sure, no problem. Contact our customer support and they will give you instructions on how to make the exchange.
Damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to info@extreme-boat.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.
