The Sailing Racing Buoy was to inspire anyone to set up a World Championship Racecourse or a fun race course at their local beach. Our Race buoy is affordable and can be filled with a standard kite pump. We propose attaching 7kg weight to the webbing loops right below the buoy. It provides enough weight to keep the buoy upright even in severe gusts. You can use any weight that is easy to handle as long as it has no sharp edges that could rupture the Race Buoy's internal bladder. The basic rule for anchoring is that the length of the anchor line should be three times the depth of the sea.
