DRAIN PLUG (MAGNETIC) 18-2375 is a stopper that must be removed to drain fluid from a tank, such as an engine oil pan or sump. A magnetic fill/drain plug traps the particles to keep them from entering the gear mesh or bearings, which protects them. It fits the engines made by Mercruiser I, R, MR, Alpha One, TR, and TRS. Additionally fits Mercury/Mariner OBs with an 8x1.25 metric threaded screw.
