The 3/32"X36" 17-4 PH SS is a clement steel welding electrode by Washington Alloy with martensitic precipitation, age-hardening 17 percent chromium to 4 percent nickel stainless steel composition. Its purpose is for soldering martensitic PH alloy steels like 15-5 and ASTM A564 Type 630. The weld coatings are high-tensile and sturdy and have optimum mechanical qualities. It is capable with all metalworking methods with ER630 (17/4 PH) without preheating process, and post-weld heat treatment suggests generating weld qualities equivalent to those of the metal surface. It is employed frequently in abrasion-resistant, high-temperature situations like those prevalent in petrochemical and industrial applications.

Key Features:

  • Tools that are useful and effective for getting the job done well
  • The pinnacle of dependability, comfort, and usability
  • Best to use with a smooth or ready soldering area is preferred.
  • High tensile, strong resistance to corrosion, and efficient mechanical characteristics
